Website Design - We can use Wix, Google Sites, Squarespace, Square, Weebly and basic Wordpress sites to make you a website that does everything you need. We understand different businesses have different needs and a photographer may need member only areas for galleries and a produce stand needs an online store, we can build it all AND teach you how to run it. Social Media Management - Social media can be brutal, let us help you with that! We can do everything from help you to setting up accounts to managing posts and creating original content for you to use. Your work is yours, we want to make it soar!

Online Storefront - Shopify, fourthwall, woocommerce, etsy, you want your online shop to POP! We're here to help you with every step of the set-up and management of your store and products.

Data Entry - Paperwork is a neverending chore, let us digitize or organize your files for you! Whether you have 10 year of unsorted family pics or a few years of business paperwork pile-up, we can reduce it all for you. You can send us physical papers to digitize and organize or just email us the mess and we'll sort it from there. 

Business and Non- Profit Creation - You have big ideas, castle on a cloud ideas, let us help you build the scaffolding you need to succeed in reaching them. Non-profits take years to start in many cases but in some, they can be created in as little as six months, and we've done both. We walk with you step by step to register your business with all of the pertinent departments in your state, get you set up with federal licenses and tax numbers and we do it all in your comfort zone. If you want to be in on every step of the way via a digital meeting? We can do that! If you want us to do it all for you because its just a lot, we can do that too.

Marketing - We offer full service marketing plans for any industry. We will research industry specific trends, set you up with a marketing plan, create imagery or other necessary tools, create forms and reports for tracking and train your staff on how to use all of it. We help you to create shop descriptions and other copy editing work that is all original and all owned by you, not fed into AI so everyone else copies you and their work reads the same way.

Conference and Event Planning - Events and Conferences can be hard with all of the various moving parts and training your team to handle them. We are happy to set you up with everything you need to make your event amazing. We help you create forms, take payments, create marketing campaigns for registrants. We source conference swag and other items and work on a budget with you so you know what you are spending where. On-site we will act as conference or event coordinator and handle vendors, hotels, catering, venues, everything you need to be the talk of town. We are happy to help your team take on all of these duties and teach them how to have the best events as well.

Human Resources - HR has so many facets, from training and onboarding to payroll and contract writing. We want to make the winds a little less choppy by giving you a smooth updraft to fly on. While we are not contract lawyers, we can draft contracts and other legal forms to be checked by them and usually have minimal edits required. We also create documents for harassment and other typical workplace policies, SOP's for training and find CEU's for employee development. If onboarding a new employee or student is hard for you, let us do it! We'll digitally hold their hand through the entire process and record it so you know what they were taught and when and can refer back to it as needed. We can also help you automate several processes to remind employees to take trainings or otherwise meet company goals.

We don't have every service we offer listed here because the list of what goes into business creation is usually pretty overwhelming, so please, just ask if you need anything else. We also prepare business plans and offer a 1-2hr free complimentary intro chat to discuss your needs and if we can help. Our success is your success, we don't want you dependent on us because you have to be because we have your passwords or information hostage and you can't function without us. We want you to be able to own your business and call on us whenever you need us, because you can trust us to be honest and helpful.

Tutoring - $20hr of $15 for a half hour, all ages welcome (students can be as young as 3yrs old and as old as they want to be). All subjects up to undergraduate college level including but not limited to; English, Social Studies, Geography, History, Mathematics, American Sign Language, Reading, Business Management, and more. We do tutoring in person nearby and digitally all over the world. We also offer touch-base tutoring where you follow your plan and we occasionally evaluate yours or your child's skills so you know if they are progressing appropriately.

Caregiver Education - A favorite quote I say is that "Children aren't giving us a hard time, they are having a hard time." then I laugh because as everyone knows, it's so much more complex than that. Working with neurodiverse individuals across multiple settings for over 20 years has taught me lots of tools caregivers can use to help themselves and their charges. We go through diagnosis, evaluations or behaviors and discuss the different bio-mechanics at work behind them in a way that is approachable and understandable so you can make choices that support everyone. We also work to find strategies and scaffolding and put you in touch with different organizations that can provide the services you need for that support to work.

Safeguarding Digital Spaces - Online is a scary space for most people with children, we help make it safer. We offer step by step assistance with parental controls, product suggestions and will even set things up for you if possible. We also discuss trends and other digital hot button subjects so you are factually informed with what the actual threats are and not just the ones media is talking about right now. 

Lesson Plans - We offer custom lesson plans for any subject tailored to your student and timeline. If you want to spend a week or a year on a subject, we'll make sure you get the deep dive or the skim the top you're looking for that matches your student's learning style and both of your ability levels.

Product Recommendations - We don't get kickbacks for these, we wish, but we do have a lot of favorites. You can ask us for  list of recommendations based on learning challenges, interests, parenting goals and more. We'll give you the real deal, actual educational content from physical to digital products specifically for your needs. $5 per question because we research everything about it, including actual historical accuracy and if the creators match the high standards we know you hold for yourself and your family.

We offer more services on request including assistance with IEP's and advocacy because everyone deserves a quality education.

Taxes - $200 or $20 an hour, whichever is higher at the end of filing is the current cost for taxes. We are federally compliant and can file taxes in all 50 states on your behalf. You can send us your information, we file for you and everything is done without you having to do any math. We can also have a digital meeting where we go through everything with you, guiding you every step of the way through taxes and explaining what different forms are and giving you tips and tricks to get the most back out of the system.

Bookkeeping - We are trained in bookkeeping with Quickbooks, Wave, Zoho, Stripe, Square, Excel, Google Sheets, several inventory software types and more. We know what data we need and where to find it or how to ask for it and how to put it together for you with reports you can use to manage your business or personal finances. We can also train you or train a bookkeeper for you for on-site work instead of digital assistance.

Budgeting - Budgeting sounds simple but can be pretty hard and software frequently misses certain apps or doesn't sort the data correctly. We can build you a budget for everyday use or special projects, we can also teach you how to do so. We will happily review software you are currently using to ensure every entry is correctly labeled so you can rely on their data as you move forward as well.

Mobile Notary - We offer services to Pasco, Hernando, Sumter, Citrus counties in Florida at this time. We are working to expand our network and will consider further clients at travel cost. Cost is $10 per signature page as well $1 a mile travel costs. 

Graphic Design - We work with several graphic designers as part of our network agreement. These graphic designers are their own business owners but give our clients priority and better pricing as part of our agreement. 

Drones - We have a licensed drone pilot available for flyovers, assessments, survey picture taking and more. Hourly fee plus travel is variable depending on the service requested. Contact us for more information.

Residential and Business Cleaning - We have gained a professional cleaner in our network this year. They serve the Pasco, Hernando, Sumter, Citrus areas and have variable pricing with a travel cost for clients more than an hour away from their location.
